| OmHelDesk is a web based helpdesk support system, useful for everyone who sells any product / service from the net and provides support. The system enables users of the websites to submit a query / trouble ticket. Visitors get a ticket number and at any given time they can track the progress of their ticket through web based interface. Operator / webmaster can check their queries in their interface and can respond to the queries of the users. System has various interfaces for operators, supervisors and administrators.
