• 'Assistance From' i.e. another person responsible
• Notes for a Task
• Priority for a Task
• Status for a Task i.e. Not Started, On Hold, In Progress
• Sub-Tasks for a Task
You can also; • Generate a list of Your Tasks
• Generate a list of any individual's Task
• Generate a list of Overdue Tasks
• Generate a list of Completed Tasks, Completed tasks can be deleted if there are no sub-tasks.
• Generate a list of Tasks in a print friendly format for discussion at meetings
• View Task Activity, this shows which tasks have recently been updated
• Add comments to a Task
• Upload files associated with a task
• Choose to receive email notifications on a per user basis |
